Abstract

This research analyses the professional situation of basque private medias, such a press, radio, television and internet. The article refers to differents aspects of labour conditions, such as the average salaries, number of people working on the basque media, workers seniority and the differences between basque private and public medias as it relates to  working conditions. Likewise, this research gathers the main results and proposals for improving the future situation of labor conditions in basque private medias.
