Abstract

The construction of an online university must be based on in a digital environment of a well-grounded psycho-pedagogical grounds, as well as inside a more general project that encourages and favors all types of learning (formal, non-formal and informal), taking into account that it is needed a cyclic revision, planning of action and evaluation. Nowadays, this seems crucial due to the health crisis caused by COVID-19. We have to take into account the benefits of digital tools and computing technologies will play a strategic role in this educational process. In this paper we analyze the process of the Basque Summer University (UEU) in building the pedagogical model over the last years, describing the theoretical resources created for this purpose and how this was carried to practice in the following postgraduate studies called «ICTs and digital skills in education, lifelong learning and language teaching (HEZikt)» organized in joint collaboration with the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU).
