In this study, the effect of interpersonal group relations in the context of inclusive physical activities was analyzed. Fifteen Basque pilota players were interviewed in a group discussion format. In order to ensure inclusion, the interviewees recommended several conditions, such as, giving people with disabilities the same status, having common goals, helping each other in the group to develop the sense of belonginess, making efforts to know each other out of the training sessions or providing anyone the opportunity to become a friend. The relationship between the members was often conditioned by participants´ prejudices ,although their punctual experiences contributed greatly to avoid them. In the future, during the design and launching of inclusive projects, it should be taken into account that long-term activities have more positive impact.
