Euskal Herriko Konfederaziorantz

Abstract

In this article confederation is the issue, a confederation which can lead to independence. Independence is linked to the right of self-determination. From outside, the Basque Country (Euskal Herria) has to be taken in its wholeness. From inside, the confederation must link together Vascongadas, Navarre and the North. Monetary and economic sovereignty are analyzed. For this purpose, the outcome that banking has in macroeconomics is investigated: the problem of speculative financial capital or of foreign debt, also the one of stagflation and the neo-liberal politics used in the issuing of the euro.
