Metaanalisiaren azterketa: kritikak eta ekarpenak

Abstract

Some of the limitations that traditional literature review has might be subjectivity (by choosing only favorable researches) and the impossibility of comparing studies due to different parameters of variables. A suitable approach to overcome these limitations points out to meta-analysis, which provides an objective and easily comparable way to summarize findings from different studies. We present a general definition of this statistic procedure and its stages, the criticism made to it and how to avoid biases and problems when using meta-analysis.
