Zertan zetzan Iraken aurkako gerra hura?
Abstract
The war against Iraq is an oil currency war. The goal of US government is to prevent further LPEE countries to move towards the euro as an oil transaction currency standard. The essay dicusses the macroeconomics of the “petro-dollar” and the threat to US economic hegemony from the euro as an alternative oil transaction currency. A reform of the global monetary system is needed. Bernard Schmitt’s reforms could be enough to avoid any oil currency warfare.Downloads
