Ikerketa honek X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok eta YouTube-n elikadurari buruzko euskarazko edukiak aztertu ditu. 16 hashtag edo traol identifikatu dira elikadura osasungarriaren, gorputz-pertzepzioaren eta nutrizioaren inguruko eztabaidetan. Twitter eta Instagram izan ziren elikadurari buruzko euskarazko solasaldi-komunitate nabarmenak. Izan ere, TikTok eta YouTube-n oso eskasa da gai honen inguruan euskaraz aurkitutako edukia. Ondorioei erreparatuta, euskaraz sare sozialetan elikaduraren inguruan emandako edukiak mugatuak dira, baina nahikoak Twitter eta Instagram-en komunitateak sortzeko. Sare sozialetan euskal hizkuntzaren erabilera gehiago sustatu beharko litzateke, gazteen artean edukiak euskaraz sortzea eta kontsumitzea errazteko.
