Abstract

We propose an educational model for broadcasters which, organised around the concept of flow, includes training in communicative skills and in techniques for coping with anxiety while broadcasting, as well as practice involving different levels of difficulty, and feedback and positive reinforcement to increase self-efficacy. The program seeks to improve communicative abilities, provide a motivating experience, and influence other spheres of the participants’ life.
