Euskara erabiltzearen erraztasunaren/zailtasunaren eragin emozionala eta horren ondorioak

Abstract

This piece of work has set out to answer the following questions: Does a person’s emotional side influence the use of Basque? What is the nature of this emotional influence on the ease/difficulty of using Basque? And what kinds of consequences can this have? We have developed the following sections in order to respond to these questions: 1) The introduction establishes that the psychosocial perspective will be mainly psychological when emphasising the centrality of the person, and that universal aspects will be followed. 2) The ease/difficulty of using Basque by pointing out what we know and what we do not know. 3) How emotion can be understood as a special psychosocial process. 4) The part emotion plays in the psychosocial perspective when looking at the place it occupies in modern and postmodern science. 5) A summary, drawing a number of conclusions and making final reflections and proposals.
