Abstract

This paper presents the results of an exhaustive bibliographical review and documentary analysis made on the context of an initial phase of a research on the Social WorkÕs reality. Specifically, we have made an analysis of researches that have taken this Profession as research object. At the same time, the results introduce us in a topic that has got a great interest in the Discipline, as the scientific research and the construction of knowledge. Finally, it would be the photography of the Social Work´s scientific production in the Spanish State.
