Dismorfofobiaren tratamendu psikologikoa: kasu klinikoa
Abstract
The assessment and treatment of a dysmorphophobia case with exposure, anxiety management and social skills training is described in this paper. The patient, a 23 year-old woman, was suffering the avoidance of social situations, because the patient was sure that she had black teeths. The treatment was developed in six sessions with exposure, anxiety management and assertive strategies. After treatment and the month follow-up the patient had improved in anxiety, fear and global adjustment. The implications of this case for clinical research and practice are comented.Downloads
