Bioaniztasunaren galera eta jabego eskubideak
Abstract
Sustainable development means economic and social development that increases the welfare of current generations without affecting adversely the welfare of future generations. However, we do not know much about future generations’ needs and preferences. Thus, the strategy for sustainability should imply to make sure future generations have economic opportunities that are at least as large as earlier generations’. Concerning biodiversity, humankind is loosing opportunities very fast. It is necessary to manage our biotic resources. Property rights could be useful tools for this purpose.Downloads
