Author Biography

Ainhoa Urzelai Vicente, Mondragon Unibertsitatea

Ainhoa Urzelai Vicente has a PhD in Basque Linguistics and Philology (UPV/EHU) and her thesis analyses the representation of armed conflicts in children’s and youth literature written in Basque. She completed his degree in Basque Studies at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and she holds a Master’s Degree in Basque Linguistics and Philology (UPV/EHU). She also completed a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training at Mondragon Unibertsitatea, and she obtained the Expert Degree in Transmission of the Basque Culture (Mondragon Unibertsitatea). She has done research stays at the Universität Konstanz in Germany, at the Universitat de València (UV) and at the IKER UMR 5478-CNRS research center in Baiona. She is part of the consolidated research group Historical Memory in the Iberian Literatures (MHLI). She has thaught at the University of Deusto, and currently, she teaches at Mondragon Unibertsitatea.
