After the elections in June 1977, considered to be the first democratic elections in post-Francoist time, the first democratic state had to deal with the problem of armed practice, passed down from late-Francoist regime. The strategy used, just like the one used during the dictatorial regime, was confrontation. This work, even superficially, will shed light on some of the practices and discourses used by the late Francoism dictatorship and later democratic state, as well as the continuations and changes that took place in them during the transition period.
