Abstract

Postmodernism has found reason’s own limitations and gaps. One of the fields rea- son wanted to fill and did not achieve, religion, specifically, has become a subject of discus- sion for many philosophers. Religion, as one self’s way of knowledge, has taken a new shape out of the institu- tions, thanks to the collaboration of the symbolic and the theoretical logos. Due to this new epistemology, religion’s symbols (recipients and manifestations of revelation) had become object of reflection, and the semantics of myths or religious stories has widened.
