Nafarroako erlijio-eraikinen jabetza: ikuspegi historiko-juridiko bat

Abstract

In this article we explain the religious buildings’ ownership in its legal historic aspect. From history of law’s point of view, we must explain four subjects about this ownership: patronage and ownership (we must not confuse Patronage and Ownership), different types of buildings (cathedrals, parish churches, monastery and convents, konfraternity´s headquarters, ermitages…), liberal state´s disentailment and Franco´s time laws. In fact, we do an iushistoric reflexion from a positive law´s point of view.
