Europako Itun konstituzionalak eskubide gabe utzi ditu hizkuntza-komunitate ugari
Abstract
The aim of this article is to explain the attitude of the European Union from the Treaty of Rome as far as the minoritised languages. We have also analysed the treatment given by the European Constitutional to those languages and to the language rights. Finally we have analysed all articles of the treaty related to the language, and its influence in non-official languages speakers. We have concluded that they all have been still the same model.
Even the Charter of Fundamental Rights based on the dignity, justice, freedom, equality, solidarity and citizens\' rights shows indifference to the languages that are not languages of State. Therefore, throughout this article we show that in the construction of that new Europe they have left us, and those like us, without rights
