Abstract
This article gives a general vision of Punishing Law's historical transfor- mation. From the oldest to the newest, the next juridic cultures' Punishing Laws will be analized: Babilone, Kaldea, hebrew world, Egypt, Far East, aztecs, incas, Greece, Rome, german people, muslins, bisigotics and Hispanian medieval kingdoms. Next I will research Canonic Punish Law and Common Law. Finally Humanism and Natural Law theory.Downloads
