Abstract

The human being has to face a new context in the new millennium. Thus, the social-politic-economic changes in the society have made a new situation possible. The radio has to take into account those changes and, also, has to redefine its procedures. This article analyzes this situation, how the new digital radio can change, improve and develop its ways of broadcasting messages.
