1993: ELA, LAB eta CCOO sindikatuen ekintza bateratua

Abstract

In 12th of February 1993, LAB, ELA and CCOO signed on a syndical agreement. The agreement opened a new phase in the Basque syndical scene, but just nine months later the Basque section of CCOO decided to follow the centralist strategy by the CCOO direction in Madrid and ignore the so-called Basque Frame for the Labor Relationships. From November on, ELA and LAB formed a syndical majority around the claim of the Basque Frame for the Labor Relationships and the Basque Socioeconomic Frame. In this article we investigate that nine months period, where we can find the key elements that will lead us to the subsequent and longer phase.
