Abstract

About the wicked mythicizing of the witches in Navarre in 1610. Taking into account the complexity of the witchcraft, we have explained how those from Zugarramurdi let free way to wickednes and we have showed the precise taking part of the local politic forces. Within a framework of wars between States and espionage, and under personal names and surnames, “Akelarrea” and witchcraft was invented. Knowing both their reasons and their consequences, we have analyze how local people reacted, by wears of a Civil judgement.
