Abstract

In Rubio (1996) I introduced a worker coalition from an incumbent firm as a  potential entrant of endogenous type. I modelled a paradigmatic endogenous potential  entrant as a cooperative firm promoted by the whole coalition of homogeneous workers  previously selected and trained by the incumbent firm. In the present article I consider heterogeneous workers in a model of endogenous entry with two production times. In this  model cooperative and non-cooperative endogenous rivals could enter the market in perfect  equilibrium.
