Abstract

Foreign Direct Investments are important to Developing Countries. Anyway these investments are very concentrated in a group of countries, because most of the times foreign investments look to achieve local markets. Regions with developed factors are attractive to most of the multinational enterprises: qualified personal, valuable enterprises related, infrastructure… Multinational enterprises affect in different matters to Developing Countries; some effects are positive but some others are negative. That’s why multinational activity would be regulated.
