Abstract

This work analyzes different topics within the field of financial economy: components of financial options price, consequences of dealer´s strategies, the rule of options conversion and its function as a covering instrument. Moreover, it examines the patterns of options valoration, coefficients to analyze the price sensibility and, among others, the function which limits the investor´s risk. To finish, it gives some information about financial options in the Spanish markets and the inconvenients and benefits of dealing with options.
