Abstract

In 26 march 1995 the Schengen agreement entried into force. This event make us doubt about the current policy on emigrants and asylum seekers. In this matter, Europe has answered to the increasing inmigration movements with a restrictive legislation, becoming a fortress which obstructs the possible entry of aliens.
