Abstract
The aim of this paper is to analyze the adaptability shown by different kinds of teams of work to Small and Medium-sized Firms. In order to achieve this, we study the most important forms of teams: Autonomous teams, Ad Hoc teams and Quality Circles, looking for their raisons, their advantages and disadvantages. After viewing the general aspects, we try to explain how these teams of work suit to Small and Medium-sized Firms: how many of them use these teams, which are the specific problems they find when they introduce the team philosophy and the necessity to couple the team with the firm\'s strategy.Downloads
