Alfabeto latinoz idazten ez diren hizkuntzen transkripzioa eta transliterazioa
Abstract
After distinguishing transcription from transliteration, this article proposes to use complete transliteration in specialized publications, leaving the easy transliteration for both vulgarization-works and mass-media. When an institution sets up transliteration-rules for a language, and when these rules are accepted world-wide, the same system is demanded for the basque language. In spite of lacking an oficial transcription, internationally mostly used graphies are the ones prefered. Finally, the article gives some boards to adjust some languages’ transliteration into the basque language.Downloads
