What is being worked on this work is the particular idiosyncrasies of the Gaiztarro area, located in the center of the industrial area of San Sebastian. Since 1960, during the Franco Development Period, many changes have taken place in the industrial area of San Sebastian, Pasaia and Errenteria. The main consequences were migratory floods, the emergence of new working-class areas, and chaotic urbanism. In the midst of this, Gaiztarro was built, aimed at the upper strata of the middle class. The process of creation of this area, its architectural characteristics, and the sociodemographic study of its inhabitants are provided by a variety of historical sources, since Gaiztarro became the field of exception we find in the industrial San Sebastian, surrounded by working-class neighborhoods.
