Emozioen historia: etorkinen esperientziak ulertzeko tresna baliagarria. Migrazioak Espainiatik Euskal Herrira (1960-2000)

Abstract

This article aims to argue that the study of emotions is a valid way to understand Spanish migrations in the Basque Country between the 1960s and 2000. Based on the example of three emotions: melancholy, shame and utopian illusion, the construction of the migrant subject in that period will be analysed. Oral interviews and analysis from the perspective of the history of emotions will be used as tools for the analysis.
