Abstract

In these times in which cognitive decline is becoming a big health problem, studies on the factors that can condition the cognitive situation of our elderly are gaining importance in recent years. Although these investigations are multiple, the results and conclusions that can be found in them vary greatly from one to another, generating uncertainty. Therefore, if these studies’ findings are desired to be applied, own investigations need to be carried out for each specific case. The aim of this study is to find indicators that may greatly impact the cognitive decline in the residents of a Spanish residential network, by means of statistical analysis of their electronic residential records.
