The main objective of this study will be to identify the motivations and barriers that people with disabilities have with regard to physical activity, analysing the reasons why they have taken part in the Antxintxika race. An electronic questionnaire was sent to different participants, 7 captains, 9 helpers, and 32 competitors. The results showed positive satisfaction and a desire to participate in the Antxintxika race again. In conclusion, it was observed that the motivations of this group are comparable to those of non-disabled participants and that people with cerebral palsy presented greater barriers. In the future, organizers will be able to design more inclusive races based on these results.
