Over several years, Aranzadi Science Society has carried out archaeological interventions in Navarre based on a philosophy of collective work. These dynamics can be framed in the theoretical methodological current referred to as ‘social’ or ‘public’ archaeology. In this work, the most relevant projects carried out in the last years are presented, and the main features of the intervention procedure are analyzed in order to identify their main strengths and weaknesses. Finally, some bases for the future are defined.
