Abstract

Current research experts in the field of social services, as well as indicators and reports for their evaluation, stress the need to focus on the Community dimension of basic social services, especially in view of the complexity of the current social reality. However, if we look at social services, we see that no Community work is done, not even at basic social services, and in order to know the reason behind it, we need to create an analysis framework. Thus, in this article, through interviews with experts, the ele ments that condition the implementation of the community dimension in social services have been iden tified, designating three main dimensions: political, technical and territorial.
