Chronic non-specific neck pain has become a major health problem. Several studies have shown that structural and functional brain changes occur in these patients. Searching for biomarkers in brain activity may lead to a better evaluation and treatment. In this paper we will assess the clinical characteristics and brain activity of patients suffering from chronic non-specific neck pain before and after physiotherapy treatment. Our aim is to know the ability of brain activity assessments and somatosensory profiles to predict the efficacy of physiotherapy treatment, focusing on pre-treatment and post-treatment changes.
