Abstract

Bong Joon-ho´s Parasite (2019) shows and criticizes the problems that poor individuals suffer on current global capitalist society, and the inability of these citizens to change class. Keeping this in mind, the following article will use the methodology of textual film analysis to investigate how and what narrative and formal elements are used in the film to criticize this class conflict.
